Attending live is encouraged so that you can really soak in the energy and community of the retreat, and so that you have the opportunity to bring your questions for real-time feedback; however, if you cannot make it live, you will be sent access to the recordings.
Yes! This retreat will be recorded and shared with you so that you can go back and re-watch it as often as needed.
The day will be structured to give you ample opportunity to ask your questions directly. There will be training sessions, a visualization, and time to connect with your peers. You will also be given opportunities for short breaks so that you can refill your water, grab a snack, use the washroom, etc.
The biggest thing that you can do is show up with an open mind and get ready to make connections and receive guidance. Come well-rested and do your best to be in a place free from distractions.
